Menjelang akhir Ogos 2024, Beyond menandatangani kontrak dengan pelanggan Rusia dan Uzbekistan untuk sekumpulan alatan pengendalian paip, termasuk model lif penggerudian yang berbeza dan tong sarung tiub hidraulik.

During Sep. 23rd to 24th 2024, we took a business trip to our manufacturers for the cargo inspection and shipment, meanwhile, it was also a good opportunity for our deeply study of the pipe handling tools. Our engineer showed us the whole production procedure to us, how the elevators, slips, drilling links produced.

Overview of the workshop:

The first step is to make a wax model, to molten wax to make models

And then to make the shell. Dip the prepared wax model into glue, then wrap it with multiple layers of sand of varying particle sizes, and reinforce it with wire after it is naturally dried.

After that, put the finished mold into the hot steam furnace and melt the wax at high temperature. Then the hollow mold is ready.

And then, We add nickel and other elements to the iron raw materials and melt them at high temperature to directly turn them into molten iron. At the same time, we heat the mold with the melted wax to make its temperature consistent with the molten iron temperature, and then inject the molten iron.

Before injecting the molten iron, we will sample and test the composition of the molten iron, and only inject it into the mold after it passes the test.

And then, after the molten iron is naturally cooled and formed, it is heat treated, normalized, quenched, machined and subjected to magnetic particle inspection.

At last, the qualified products are then subjected to load testing.

After such standard and professional procedure, our products are highly qualified, and we have 100% confidence in our product quality.
