The pumps are independently driven by electric motor (not from the drive of mud pump), so both spraying pump and lubrication pump can be started in advance before the main pump to be started to achieve pre-lubrication.

We design a explosion-proof electric control cabinet (with soft start) for this package. In this way, before starting the mud pump, we can start the lubrication pump, spray pump, and supercharging pump first, which can effectively extend the service life of the mud pump.

The pump package is equipped with a protective cover system. This design not only achieves all-round protection for the equipment and effectively resists the influence of natural factors such as wind and rain, but also greatly reduces client’s transportation costs by adopting a detachable structure design.
